Laurent Kueny
Vice President Group Strategy – Bureau Veritas
Laurent Kueny is currently Vice President Group Strategy at Bureau Veritas, which is a world leader in Testing Inspection and Certification.Before Joining Bureau Veritas in 2015, Laurent Kueny has spent 4 years in Vienna as a counselor to the French Ambassador to the IAEA, in charge of nuclear safety and security.
He began his carreer working for the IAEA (regulatory activities section), and from 2006, for the French Nuclear Safety Authority (as regional division Head and as Director of department). Laurent Kueny holds a Master in Science and executive engineering (Mines-ParisTech) and two university diploma in international Law.
He is lecturer in Nuclear nuclear law at the Faculty of Aix-en-Provence.
