Dr. Charles Kofi Klutse holds a Doctoral degree in Analytical Chemistry University of Maryland, Baltimore County, USA and a M. S. degree in Environmental Science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, USA. He is currently responsible for the development of management system, leadership and safety culture for Ghana Nuclear Programme Organisation (GNPPO). He is involved in knowledge management in GNPPO, especially assessing risk of knowledge loss and developing tools for knowledge capture and retention. With less than five years experience in these fields, He is a beginner and a keen learner. He is also an environmental chemist and an optical spectroscopist with specialization in the use of nanomaterials for surface enhanced Raman Scattering.
