The NIC2024 conference is hosted by NRG|PALLAS in collaboration with the IAEA. The conference succeeds the first NIC conference that was held successfully in June 2022 with 250 participants from the nuclear industry around the world. NEA analysis highlights that meeting global net zero targets necessitates a tripling of installed nuclear capacity by 2050. Concurrently, nuclear new build has become a top priority in several OECD and NEA member countries, which now face significant challenges in part due to years of inactivity and evolving policy, industrial, and regulatory contexts.

TopFuel is an annual topical meeting organised by ENS, the American Nuclear Society as well as the Atomic Energy Society of Japan, the Chinese Nuclear Society and the Korean Nuclear Society.
